Welcome to our digital greenhouse. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you, our valued customer, and Terrarium Plant Hub regarding your use of our website and services. We’ve crafted these terms with the same care and integrity that guides every terrarium we create—aiming for clarity, fairness, and mutual respect.

1. User Responsibilities & Account Obligations

To place an order or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2. Products & Services Description

2.1 Nature as Art

Our products are handcrafted living ecosystems and botanical art pieces. Each terrarium is a unique creation, and while we strive for consistency, natural variations in plants, moss, and materials are inherent to their beauty and are not considered defects.

2.2 Product Categories

Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• Curated Terrariums: Complete ecosystems (Basic curved terrarium, Cylinder terrarium, etc.)
• Special Collections: Wedding series (Black, Gold, Silver, Pink Wedding), Geometric designs
• Living Components: Moss, Plant Terrariums with live flora
• Preserved Botanical Art: Preserved Plants treated with preservation solutions
• DIY Kits & Accessories: Terrarium Building Kits, LED Grow Light Sets, Natural Driftwood

2.3 Custom & Personalized Items

Custom creations (including personalized wedding pieces) are made specifically to your requests. Due to their personalized nature, these items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• JCB
• PayPal

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

3.3 Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Colorado Springs studio. During peak seasons or for custom items, processing may take longer. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship globally except to certain remote regions and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

3.4 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1 Our Philosophy

We craft each piece hoping it brings serenity to your space. However, if an item doesn’t align with your vision, we offer a fair return process within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in pristine condition.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate, living, or personalized nature, the following cannot be returned:

• Live Plants & Moss (health cannot be guaranteed after transit)
• Preserved Plants (considered perishable art)
• Custom or Personalized Items
• Opened Terrarium Building Kits
• Clearance or Final Sale Items

4.3 Return Process

1. Contact our Care Team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely repack the item in its original packaging with the RMA on the box
4. Ship to our address (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error)
5. After inspection and approval, your refund or exchange will be processed

4.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4.5 Refund Timeline

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not our error.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Creations

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the overall presentation—is the property of Terrarium Plant Hub or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Our terrarium designs, product configurations, and artistic arrangements are original works.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of our website. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of our website or its contents
• Collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Derivative use of our website or its contents
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

5.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to us, you grant Terrarium Plant Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for promotional and business purposes.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Nature of Our Products

Terrarium Plant Hub creates living art with natural materials. We cannot guarantee:

• Exact color matching due to natural variations in plants and materials
• Long-term survival of live plants beyond delivery with proper care
• That preserved plants will maintain their exact appearance indefinitely
• That DIY kits will produce results identical to our product photos

6.2 General Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terrarium Plant Hub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
